These are all agreed upon as information owned by the company and that they are considered trade secrets that cannot be published or used except for their specific purpose. I also pledge to:
1- I undertake not to disclose, provide or provide, directly or indirectly, to any person, establishment, institution, or any other party, information and data obtained by the company, one of its subsidiaries, or one of its clients or beneficiaries, and I undertake to keep these matters and information secretly. Extremely and deliver what is available to me immediately after the end of its purpose to the company upon his request within 5 working days or self-destructing after 5 calendar days have passed since the end of its purpose.
2- I undertake not to compete, work, or communicate directly or indirectly with or with any person, establishment, institution or any other entity that has previously been associated with the company or one of its subsidiaries or one of its clients or beneficiaries in any business activity or personal relationship in any way. Direct or indirect, whether this work has a commercial character or not.
4- I acknowledge that I have read and understood the content of this declaration and in the event that it violates any of the provisions of this declaration, and the company shall have the right to demand appropriate compensation for reparation of the damage, as for the official and judicial authorities.
